EU Disclaimer & GDPR Policy

NOVAPLAN Tools operates the website novaplantool.blogspot.com and sells digital products via Gumroad (novaplantools.gumroad.com). For GDPR purposes, NOVAPLAN Tools is the data controller for information collected through this website.

Our tools are provided "as-is" as clearly described on each product page. We ensure they conform to the description at the time of sale.
EU customers who experience a material defect may contact us within 2 years of purchase.

7. VAT / Tax for EU Customers

NOVAPLAN Tools sells digital products through Gumroad Inc. Gumroad acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable VAT/GST for EU customers in accordance with EU VAT rules for digital services (EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC as amended by EU Directive 2017/2455).

The applicable VAT rate for your country will be calculated and displayed at checkout on Gumroad.

8. Data Retention

We retain your email address (received via Gumroad purchase) only for product delivery and support purposes. You may request deletion at any time. Analytics data (anonymized) is retained for up to 26 months per Google's default settings.

9. International Data Transfers

This website is operated via Google Blogger (Google LLC, USA). Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring adequate protection for data transfers. Gumroad Inc. is also a US-based company that complies with applicable data transfer mechanisms.
